ARE THE INMIGRANTS DEAD DUE TO THE 
NEGLIGENCEOF  ZAPATERO'S GOVERNMENT?

The "Asociación Unificada de Guardias Civiles" has asked
the Attorney General to investigate on a possible case of 
negligence and lack of  coordination of the Government
of Zapatero,  due to  the death of  betwenn  1200 and
1700  inmigrants  who  tried  to arrive to the coasts 
of the  Canary Islands coming  from Mauritania,  boarded
on  rafts.  

The minister of the Interior, Alonso, has not wanted 
to  answer about this information which was known in
advance by  the "Guardia Civil" and  transmitted to the
Ministery,  fact which has been denied  by the  socialist
spokesman  Pérez Rubalcaba.  

But  reality was so evident  that the Minister of the 
Defense, Bono, couldn't help   admitting that the report
of the "Guardia Civil"   was also known by  the CNI
(Service of  Intelligence) from  December 21st. 

Who should  resign:  Zapatero, Pérez, Alonso, perhaps 
Bono or all together?

Disagreement between the Judiciary and the Legislature in Spain

An example of the disrespect of the Spanish Left for the separation of powers was clearly shown last week when the president of the General Council of the Judiciary was summoned to the Parliament at the suggestion of socialists, communists and nationalists. He was intended to explain the judicial criteria followed by the Supreme Court to prevent the release of non-repentant terrorists of ETA before serving their entire sentence. It seems that these judicial criteria haven't satisfied socialists, communists and nationalists. Why? Can you guess? It isn't very difficult.

Obviously, the President of the Judiciary didn't attend the meeting and he has declared that the Judiciary isn't subordinated to the Legislature in a democracy. Where is Montenquieu?

THE BALCANIZATION ON SPAIN HAS BEGUN ?

Yesterday, thanks to socialist, comunists and nationalists, the comission of the new Statute of Catalonia approved in its preamble the definition ofCatalonia as a nation which is absolutely conflicting with the Spanish Constitution where Spain is declared to be a sole and indivisible nation.
